Legal Foundation
Commercial registration issued for ZAAN Closets Trading Est.
2018
ZAAN Begins
First showroom opens on Sari Street, Jeddah, alongside a small workshop.
2020
Commercial Expansion
Second showroom opens on Madinah Road.
2023
Stronger Market Presence
Third showroom opens on Quraish Street.
2024–2025
Major Quality Leap
Five-star hospitality woodwork, including Delta Marriott Jeddah (Service Apartments).
Late 2025
Shift to B2B + ZAAN Service Center
Strategic focus on projects and business clients, and the launch of industrial services: cutting, edge banding, drilling, CNC, assembly and packaging.
Late 2026
Expanding to Syria
ZAAN Closets opens a new factory in Syria, extending our integrated woodworking operation beyond the Kingdom.
